Every event begins the same way — a whole, locally-sourced free-range pig, seasoned and spit-roasted from start to finish on our spit roast machine until the crackling sings, then carved to order right in front of your guests. For venues more than two hours away, we roast the whole hog on-site from the start. Just proper, honest, spit-roasted food with a bit of theatre.

If you require cutlery please ask — these are an extra and do incur a charge, but no cleaning is necessary as we do it all for you.
